As the battle of Farthen Dur comes to a close, our heroes are awakening to a new dawn, a new era. Eragon has been christened a hero for slaying the Shade, Durza, and his noble sidekicks, Murtagh, Arya, and Saphira, have also been bestowed a certain degree of glory. The Urgals have fled about Alagaesia and cannot be found, the Shades are in despair, and the Empire is confused and angry. But something hangs in the back of everybody's mind - if Eragon is the first in a line of new riders, surely more are to follow. But will the dragons fall into the right, or wrong, hands?
This RPG takes place after the first book in the Inheritance Cycle, "Eragon". It does not take place during either "Eldest" or "Brisingr" - it is as if neither of those books have happened. We accept both canon and OC characters, though we would like to have the roles of Eragon, Murtagh, Arya, and Saphira filled as quickly as possible. Please read the rules and wait for your character's application to be accepted before posting.
